Alisha Self is an accomplished operations and program management professional with extensive experience in the digital healthcare and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Interim Head of Operations at WELL, Alisha is leading the transition to a paid membership model and developing strategic plans for scaling operations. Previously, Alisha held the position of Sr. Director of Program Management at Exodus, overseeing a team of project managers and successfully launching innovative products. Alisha's earlier roles include Lead Program Manager at Rally Health, Senior Project Manager at Habit, LLC and rewardStyle, and Project Manager at Thismoment, showcasing a strong track record in driving operational efficiency and managing cross-functional teams.
