Sarah Parry

Sarah Parry has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Sarah started their career at Royal Bank of Scotland in 1999, where they held various roles including Customer Service Team Manager, Project Manager, and Senior Project Manager. In 2010, they joined RBS as a Design Lead, contributing to the Business Separation on the RBSG EU Divestment Programme until 2019. After that, they became the Head of Transformation & EPMO at The Co-operative Bank plc in 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Programme Director in Finance Transformation at Well Pharmacy since 2021.

Sarah Parry obtained a BA (hons) degree in Service Sector Management from Leeds Beckett University between 1997 and 1999. Sarah further pursued an MSc degree in Project Management from the same institution from 2006 to 2007.
