Our Pharmacists provide expert advice on getting the best from medicines and general healthcare, as well as treating minor ailments and offering a range of health and wellbeing products – all without having to make an appointment.

In addition to our pharmacies, we give customers choice, with our online pharmacy service at well.co.uk for those who want the convenience of having their repeat prescriptions delivered direct to their home – available online or as an Apple (IOS) or Android app.

We also offer a range of healthcare items for sale via our online shop: shop.well.co.uk. Items are available for home delivery with a one off £4 delivery charge.

The IT and Technical Support team at Well Pharmacy ensures the smooth operation of all digital and technical systems across our network of over 750 pharmacies and online platforms. This team is responsible for maintaining and securing IT infrastructure, providing technical support to employees, developing and managing software applications, and overseeing the efficient delivery of IT services. By ensuring robust and reliable IT systems, they enable our pharmacists and support staff to focus on improving the health and wellbeing of our communities.
