Adam Young currently serves as the Diving Technical Superintendent and Diving Responsible Person at Well-Safe Solutions, overseeing contractor management for saturation diving systems. With extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, Adam has been the Director of Young Subsea Engineering Ltd since 2011, specializing in engineering consultancy for diving-related oil field projects. Adam's professional background includes roles such as Aberdeen Engineering Manager at DeepOcean, Dive System Auditor at DNV GL, and Project Build Manager at James Fisher Defence, where Adam was instrumental in developing submarine rescue systems. Adam is also an active member of the Lloyd's Register Diving and Submersibles Technical Committee and previously contributed to the IMCA Diving Division Management Committee. Adam holds a BEng(hons) in Mechanical Engineering from Heriot-Watt University.
