Tom Jenkins

Tom Jenkins, P.Eng is an experienced engineering professional specializing in well decommissioning, carbon capture, and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Well Engineering and Carbon Capture Consultant at Well-Safe Solutions, Tom focuses on well decommissioning engineering and legacy well assessments for esteemed clients such as Repsol-Sinopec and Harbour Energy. Previously, Tom held roles including Project Manager for infrastructure projects at AtkinsRéalis and Engineering Team Lead for complex decommissioning projects at Harbour Energy. With a strong background at ConocoPhillips in well integrity and intervention, Tom has successfully led significant engineering projects, integrating innovative technologies. Tom's earlier experience includes project engineering in manufacturing quality assurance for nuclear reactor construction with EDF. Tom holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Sheffield and further academic qualifications from INSA Lyon.
