Carlos Díaz González is a seasoned professional in supply chain management with extensive experience in production planning and operations across multiple industries. Currently serving as SIP Production and Material Planning Senior Manager at Wella Company since January 2022, Carlos oversees high-volume production planning at the Mariscala factory and manages raw and pack material planning with over 30 global suppliers. Prior roles include Supply Chain Cluster Leader at Procter & Gamble, where responsibilities encompassed demand and distribution operations for the Feminine category in Central Europe, and Demand & Supply Planning S&OP Senior Manager at Coty, leading S&OP cycles for Eastern European operations.
