Sean Nelson

Sean Nelson has a diverse work experience spanning from 2001 to the present. Sean started their career as a Call Center Routing Specialist at Perspectives Ltd in 2001. Sean then worked at Wheels, Inc., where they held various roles, including Team Lead and Training & Quality Lead. In 2016, they joined NorthShore University HealthSystem as a Patient Access Manager and worked there until 2021. Sean then joined Oak Street Health as an Inbound & Completion Team Manager before moving on to their current role as Director of Outreach Operations at WellBe Senior Medical in 2023.

From 2008 to 2010, Sean Nelson attended Kaplan University where they obtained an Associate in Applied Science in Business Administration with a focus on Business Management.
