Kate McDonough

Kate McDonough has worked in the consumer health, nutrition, and delivery industries since 2010. Kate began their career as a Sales Associate and Marketing & Communications Coordinator at Simpleview in 2010. From 2013-2015, they were a Campaign Manager at PostUp. Kate then worked as an Email & Digital Marketing Campaign Manager at SmarterHQ, a Wunderkind Company, from 2015-2019. From 2019-2020, they were a CRM Manager at Favor Delivery. Since 2020, they have been a Senior Manager of CRM & Retention and then a Manager of CRM & Retention at Orgain. Kate is currently the Director of CRM and Retention at Wellbeam Consumer Health. Throughout their career, Kate has been responsible for email list acquisition, customer retention, increasing the number of repeat customers to grow revenue and ROI, and creating promotions and tactics to acquire new customers and retain customers.

Kate McDonough obtained a Bachelor's degree in Advertising with a minor in Marketing from the University of Central Oklahoma in 2009. In 2011, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from the International Standard for Lean Six Sigma (ISLSS). In 2022, they obtained a Certified Personal Trainer and CPR & AED certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
