Rebecca McKaskell

Rebecca McKaskell is an experienced human resources and people management professional currently serving as the Regional VP of People and Culture for APAC at Vontier since August 2024. As a Board Member of the Global Wellbeing Advisory Forum since March 2024, Rebecca also brings expertise from previous roles, including VP of Talent and Culture at Invenco by GVR, where Rebecca contributed to the company’s integration into Vontier following its acquisition. Prior experience includes leadership roles at EROAD, where Rebecca advanced the company’s people strategies during significant growth, and Global Career Link, specializing in finance and accounting recruitment. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Canterbury and a certification in Change Management from The University of Auckland.
