Rich Fancher

Rich Fancher has a diverse work experience in the oil and gas industry. Rich started their career as a Roughneck at Falcon Drilling Company, LLC in 1998. Rich then worked as an MWD Field Engineer at Schlumberger from 1996 to 1998. In 1998, they joined Halliburton as a Field Engineer. From 2000 to 2008, they worked at Baker Hughes INTEQ, first as a Sr Directional Drilling Supervisor/Sr Operations Coordinator and then as a Sr Account Manager. Rich then joined Allis-Chalmers Energy Inc. as a Regional Operations Manager from 2008 to 2010. Currently, they are the President of WellBenders Directional Services, LLC since September 2022, and previously held the positions of Vice President of Operations and Operations Manager at the same company from 2010 to 2022 and 2010 to 2018, respectively.

Rich Fancher has studied Business Management at Lonestar College, although the specific duration of their education and the attainment of any degree remains unknown.
