Presbitero Jenkins (Pres)

Presbitero "Pres" Jenkins has held various roles in the field of human resources, with experience spanning from 2005 to the present. Currently, they are the Human Resources Director at Wellborn Cabinet Inc. Since joining in 2022, Pres has been responsible for leading and managing all aspects of human resources and strategic initiatives to maximize human capital and achieve company objectives.

Prior to their current role, Pres served as the Senior Human Resources Manager at Rexnord Corporation from 2016 to 2023, where they supported the Energy Sector North America Division in executing divisional goals and developing strategic initiatives to achieve business results.

From 2012 to 2015, Pres worked as the Senior Human Resources Manager at Mohawk Industries, overseeing all areas of human resources at two non-union locations with a total of 800 employees. Presbitero "Pres" was responsible for a wide range of generalist responsibilities, including training and development, employee relations, recruiting and staffing, and process improvement initiatives.

Pres also gained experience as the Human Resources Manager for Carolinas at AdvancePierre Foods from 2011 to 2012, where they managed human resources for two non-union food manufacturing operations.

Between 2009 and 2011, Pres served as the Human Resources Operations Manager at King & Prince Seafood, overseeing human resources for three non-union plants with 700 employees.

Additionally, Pres held the position of Senior Human Resources Manager at Blue Bird Body Company, Inc. from 2006 to 2009, where they managed all aspects of human resources for 650 non-union employees and achieved a significant reduction in turnover.

Prior to that, from 2005 to 2006, Pres worked as the Human Resources Director for Russel Corporation, where they provided strategic support in various areas of human resources for the entire complex with 17 different operations and 3,500 non-union employees.

Presbitero "Pres" Jenkins holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with minors in Business Administration and Marketing from Delaware State University. Presbitero "Pres" also obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the same university. In addition to their degrees, Pres has a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) certification from Six Sigma, which they obtained in 2007.
