Carolyn Collins Pt

Carolyn Collins PT is an experienced physical therapist with 28 years of expertise in manual physical therapy. Currently, Carolyn serves as a physical therapist at Well Care Health and WellCare Home Health since August 2021. Previously, Carolyn held roles at Range of Motion from March 2009 to November 2023, where responsibilities included director and developer of physical therapy practices specializing in manual orthopedic caseloads. Carolyn's extensive experience includes positions at Advanced Home Health Care and Assisted Care Home Health, as well as serving as Director of Rehab Services at Island Nursing and Rehabilitation Center from 2001 to 2006.
