Shania Pande

Shania Pande is a Senior Policy Officer focused on Mental Health at Wellcome Trust since August 2025. Previously, Shania served as a Policy Officer at The Physiological Society from April 2022 to June 2025, where responsibilities included UK policy on ageing, climate change and health, AI in health, mental health, and precision medicine. Prior to that, Shania worked as an Analyst in Health at International SOS between September 2021 and April 2022. Shania holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, obtained in January 2021, and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Biomedical Sciences from Queen Mary University of London, completed in January 2020.
