Tayla McCloud

Tayla McCloud, PhD, currently serves as Senior Research Manager at Wellcome Trust since March 2023, following a role as Senior Research Scientist at Alena from September 2022 to March 2023. Previous experience includes being a Research Scientist at Unmind and a PhD Student at UCL, where Tayla conducted significant research on student mental health and managed various stakeholders. Tayla's background also encompasses research roles at Thrive: Mental Wellbeing, the Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust, and multiple positions at the University of Oxford. Academic qualifications include a PhD from UCL in Psychiatry, an MSc in Clinical Mental Health Sciences from UCL, and a Bachelor's degree in Experimental Psychology from the University of Oxford.
