Zoe Brewster is a Programme Manager at Wellcome Trust. Zoe has over ten years of experience working in public health and sustainability.

Zoe Brewster started their career as a Public Engagement Intern at USC Canada. Zoe then worked as a Pharmacology Researcher at McGill University Health Centre. After that, they became a Programmes Account Manager at the Sustainable Restaurant Association where they delivered a variety of bespoke sustainability projects for businesses in the food and hospitality sector, commercial sectors (incl. airports, shopping malls) and the NHS. In January 2016, Zoe started working as a Special Projects Lead at The Health Foundation. There, they were responsible for membership to Q including expansion to Ireland. Zoe also designed and delivered three rounds of Q Exchange, a collaborative grant funding programme, and managed the ten-year strategy review for Q. During their time at The Health Foundation, Zoe also led the corporate environmental sustainability strategy, working across directorates to reduce its carbon footprint and advocate for climate action in relation to better health. In April 2020, Zoe started working as a Programme Manager at Wellcome Trust.

Zoe Brewster has a Master of Science in Food Policy from City, University of London. Zoe also has a Bachelor of Arts and Science in Biomedical Sciences and East Asian Studies from McGill University. Zoe is certified by the APMG International in Agile Project Management as an AgilePM Practitioner. Zoe is also certified by the Sustainable Restaurant Association as a Training in Foodservice Sustainability Specialist (4 CPD Credits).
