Geetanjali Aggarwal has worked in various roles since 2012. Geetanjali began their career as an Anchor, Presenter, and Emcee for Models Delhi. In 2013, they interned as a Client Servicing for Grasshoppers India Pvt. Ltd. After that, they worked as a TV Presenter for Gemporia Ltd (formerly The Genuine Gemstone Company) in 2015. Geetanjali also worked as a TV Anchor for India Today and Best Deal TV Pvt Ltd in 2015. In 2016, they worked as a Marketing Manager for BigHat Events Pvt. Ltd. In 2018, they worked as a TV Anchor for ZEE Business. From 2019 to 2022, they worked as a Marketing Communications Manager for Expand India and is currently working as the Head of Digital Marketing for Wellcure.

Geetanjali Aggarwal has an extensive education history. Geetanjali obtained an Accredited Jewelry Professional certification from GIA (Gemological Institute of America) and a Bachelors in Journalism & Mas Communication from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University between 2011 and 2014.
