Ella Molnar

Ella Molnar has a wealth of experience in the marketing and communications industry. Ella began their career in 2013 as the Founder of EATMELBS. In 2016, they held the role of Account Coordinator at Colour & Coconuts where their responsibilities included day-to-day communication with partners for The Wellness Festival and driving engagement and reach with competitions, event activations, working with influencers and gaining press. Additionally, they completed a 100 hour internship at HOTHOUSE MEDIA & EVENTS in 2016, where they assisted with client research, media tracking for clients and influencer lists, as well as representing the company at The Logies. From 2017-2020, Ella held various roles at iD Collective Pty Ltd, including Senior Digital Account Manager, Digital Account Manager and Digital Account Coordinator. In 2020, they joined Belle Property as a Marketing Coordinator and most recently in 2021, they took on the roles of Social Media Manager and Community Engagement Specialist at WelleCo.

Ella Molnar completed their Victorian Certificate of Education at Methodist Ladies' College, Melbourne between 2000 and 2012. Ella then went on to earn their Bachelor of Communication in Public Relations from RMIT University between 2014 and 2016. Ella also holds a Certificate III / IV in Hospitality from TAFE.
