Cristina DeGaetano

Cristina supports and assists the college's HRIS and Recruiting/Employment functions. She administers the recruitment process by developing compelling job profiles, sourcing candidates effectively using internal and external advertising, screening potential candidates, and providing logistical support throughout the interview process. She is responsible for maintaining our Applicant Tracking System and processing pre-employment and on boarding requirements for all faculty, staff, and temporary workers. She provides expertise in Workday onboarding function, position creation and maintenance including job transfers, promotions, and terminations.
