Valeria Stepanova

Valeria Stepanova is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as a PMI at Gympass since June 2023, Valeria is responsible for the migration of Andjoy business to the Wellhub ecosystem. Prior to this, Valeria held multiple key positions at AJ by Gympass since September 2016, including Chief Marketing Officer, where responsibilities encompassed marketing strategy, user acquisition, and branding, and Head of CX, focusing on enhancing the overall customer experience. Previous experience includes serving as Product Owner at Blissbooker and CRM Specialist, developing communication strategies for multiple markets. Valeria's career also includes roles in content management and sales and marketing management. Educational credentials include a Master in Business Analytics and a Master's in Marketing and Commercial Management, along with a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Far Eastern Federal University.
