Brendan Smith, RPR, CPHR Candidate, C.I.M., currently serves as the Lead in Talent Acquisition at Wellington-Altus since April 2021, where previously held the positions of Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, Talent Acquisition Specialist, Junior Human Resources/Training & Development Coordinator, and Junior Coordinator, Operational Training & Development. Prior experience includes a role as Volunteer Human Resources Assistant at The Movement Centre of Manitoba Inc., where Brendan developed job analyses and conducted interviews to identify suitable candidates. Additionally, Brendan worked as a Conductive Education Client Assistant at the same organization, focusing on client motivation and independence. Educational qualifications include a Human Resource Management Diploma and Management Certificate from The University of Winnipeg and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Asian Studies from the University of Manitoba.
