Laurianne Gidrol

Laurianne Gidrol currently serves as the Group Director of Marketing at Wellington College China since April 2022, and has held the position of Director of Marketing at Wellington College International Shanghai since March 2013. Gidrol is a core member of the Senior Leadership Team, responsible for developing and executing marketing and communication strategies across multiple educational institutions. With a strong track record in achieving ambitious admissions targets through strategic marketing initiatives, Gidrol has successfully built and led a 12-member marketing team. Previous roles include Head of Admissions and Director of Public Relations at the Canadian International School of Beijing and Programs & Events Manager at WorldLink Education. Gidrol holds a Master’s degree in French-Chinese International Management and boasts extensive experience in event coordination and customer service within educational settings.
