Paul Poston currently serves as President and CEO of Aventus Insurance Group, a position held since November 2006. Simultaneously, Paul Poston was President and CEO of Wellington Insurance Group until February 2024. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Fort Worth for First Financial Bank Texas from April 2016 to April 2021, and various vice president roles at E.W. Blanch Company, Benfield Blanch, and Aon Benfield between May 1996 and October 2006. Paul Poston holds a Master of Business Administration from the SMU Cox School of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Christian University. Additionally, Paul Poston has earned the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter designation and the Associate in Reinsurance designation from respective organizations.
