Jonathan Wilson

Jonathan Wilson is the Chief Operating Officer and Head of Customer Experience at Wellington IT, where Jonathan oversees the successful range of Credit Union software in Ireland. Prior to this, Jonathan held various roles at Concentrix from 2005 to 2019, including Director of Sales and Client Solutions, Head of Global Sales Enablement, and European Sales Director. Additionally, Jonathan has experience as a Project Manager at gem and Synergy POP Solutions, as well as a Project Manager and Technical Support Representative at Claritas Inc. Jonathan holds a MA (Hons) in Geography from the University of Glasgow and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Geography from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
