Laurie Ann Tezak, MA, ACC, is a seasoned professional in organizational leadership development and talent management, currently serving as a Strategic Initiatives Consultant at Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield since April 2022. Prior experience includes significant roles at Principal Financial Group, where Laurie led strategies for talent development, managed global initiatives, and consulted on HR service delivery across multiple countries. With a strong foundation in education from Iowa State University and Morningside University, Laurie began a career in teaching before transitioning into human resources and organizational development, ultimately supporting leaders at various organizational levels through coaching and strategic planning.
