Mark Bacom

Mark Bacom has over 25 years of experience in various leadership roles across the healthcare and human resources sectors. Currently serving as VP of Clinical Process and Practice Performance at WellMed Medical Management since August 2015, Mark has previously held multiple positions within the company, including Director of Processes and Implementation and Manager of the Clinical Process Implementation Project Management Team. Prior experience includes serving as Sr. Director of Product Management at AbsenceSoft and leading Absence Management Services at Mercer, where Mark progressed through several roles over a 13-year tenure. Mark also held the position of HR Director at The Methodist Hospital System and HR Manager at Big Ball Sports. Mark Bacom earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Houston in 1994.
