Ron Fiorini has over 20 years of experience in the employee benefits industry. In 1999, they founded Kameron, Inc., DBA Benefit Services & Design, Inc. and grew the business to $40M in premiums before selling to Digital Insurance. As a Producer & Consultant, they developed multi-year employee benefits strategies to contain costs, improve employee engagement, navigate healthcare reform, and ease administrative burdens. In 2013, they partnered with OneDigital Health and Benefits to manage accounts with 50+ employee groups, designing and quoting benefit packages offering sophisticated combination of strategic advisory services, analytics, compliance support, HR capital management tools, and comprehensive insurance offerings. In 2017, they re-incorporated Kameron, Inc. to provide customized, cost-effective group employee benefit advisory services to medium and large employer groups. As an Employee Benefits Consultant/Producer, they consulted with companies to develop strategies, explore and formulate comprehensive benefit plans at lowest premiums to attract and retain highly-valued employees. Currently, Ron Fiorini is the Director, Business Development at Wellnecity.
