Manoj Nalla

Manoj Nalla has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2013, they worked at Wellness Forever Medicare Private Limited as a Customer Service Associate, where they served customers and fulfilled medicine and FMCG requirements. MANOJ then advanced to the role of Sr. Customer Service Associate, focusing on upselling and cross-selling SKUs. In 2015, they became an Asst. Store Manager, responsible for procuring goods from vendors and raising purchase orders. From 2016 to 2017, they served as a Store Manager, managing a team of 14 employees, assigning work, and motivating the team.

In 2020, Manoj joined Amore Health Essentials Pvt Ltd as an Area Manager of Retail Operations, overseeing the operations of 16 outlets, managing a team of 80+ employees, and achieving a 55% increase in sales within six months. MANOJ then moved on to Wellness Forever Medicare Limited as an Area Manager of Operations, where they focused on omnichannel hyperlocal operations and ensured timely delivery with outstanding customer service.

In 2022, Manoj founded their own company, FIT&FYN DIET CONSULTANCY, where they serve as the Founder.

Most recently, Manoj returned to Wellness Forever Medicare Limited as a Business Analyst in Digital and IT. Their responsibilities include managing digital partnerships and marketplaces, analyzing and validating new requirements, and automating processes for maximum efficiency.

Manoj Nalla pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Operations Management from MIT SOM WPU, completing their studies from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in Human Resources Management and Services from Savitribai Phule Pune University from 2013 to 2016. MANOJ previously studied Commerce, earning their Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) from Savitribai Phule Pune University between 2011 and 2013. Additionally, they completed their Secondary School Certificate (SSC) from the Andhra Pradesh Board in 2011.

In terms of additional certifications, Manoj Nalla has obtained various certifications from LinkedIn.
