Janine Sampson

Janine Sampson is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Group Head of HR at True Health Holdings (Pty) Ltd since July 2023, Janine is responsible for enhancing corporate services related to HR and organizational development. Previously, Janine held the position of HR Manager at Wellness Warehouse and has co-founded VAST HR Services (Pty) Ltd, showcasing entrepreneurial expertise in HR and People Operations. Prior roles include HR Manager at Derivco, AVI Limited, and Aramex, where Janine successfully managed people budgets, recruitment, performance management, and employee wellness programs. Janine holds an Honours degree in HR Management from MANCOSA, completed between 2016 and 2017.
