Senior Technical Team Lead at Wellopp

Winston Tsang has worked in the software development industry since 1995. Winston began their career as a Systems Engineer at Electronic Data Systems (EDS). In 1998, they moved to Borders Group Inc. as a Senior Programmer Analyst. In 2006, they founded and became the Master Craftsman of Software Systems at radberry. That same year, they also worked as a Software Craftsman at Mango Languages. In 2007, they worked as a Software Developer at JSTOR, where they focused on research and development and rapid prototyping of concepts and features. In 2009, they became the Technical Lead at The Civic Commons, where they were responsible for software development and application delivery. Winston also dramatically improved the development and design process. In 2014, they joined Wellopp as a Senior Technical Team Lead. In this role, they were responsible for developing a new team of software developers, planning and executing on multiple business and software requirements, implementing development and design process with continual improvement feedback loops, mentoring junior developers, developing software architecture, and coding, reviewing, and refining software application.

Winston Tsang attended the University of Michigan from 1991 to 1995.
