Lauren O'Dell

Lauren O'Dell, MHA has a diverse work experience in healthcare and strategic planning. Lauren currently holds the position of Senior Director Clinical Transformation at Wellpath, where they are responsible for leading clinical transformation initiatives. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Clinical Strategy at Wellpath as well.

Before joining Wellpath, Lauren worked at the Medical University of South Carolina for several years. Lauren held various roles in strategic planning and analytics, including Director of Strategic Planning, Manager of Strategic Analytics, and Senior Planner. Lauren also worked as a Business Analyst and started their career at the Medical University as an Administrative Fellow.

Lauren O'Dell, MHA completed a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Administration from the College of Charleston in the years 2004 to 2008. Afterward, they pursued higher education and obtained a Master of Health Administration (MHA) from the Medical University of South Carolina between the years 2009 and 2011.
