Matthew Lucas is a seasoned professional in the field of sensory science and food technology, currently serving as a Senior Sensory Scientist at Wells Enterprises since November 2023. Previously, Matthew held the position of Food Technologist - Sensory and Raw Ingredients at Russell Stover Chocolates, where responsibilities included developing sensory projects and conducting consumer testing to ensure product quality. Additional experience encompasses roles such as Principal Technician at Ingredion Incorporated, where Matthew supported global sensory projects, and various educational positions at The Living Earth School, focusing on nature connection and mentorship. Matthew's academic background includes a degree in Food Science from the University of Maine and an international study program at the University of Tasmania.
