Norma Orton

Norma Orton is an experienced business development professional with a robust background in staffing and recruitment, as well as strategic management within the food and dairy industry. Currently serving as the Business Development Manager at Wells Enterprises since November 2020, Norma previously co-founded Technicruit, LLC, where responsibilities encompass business development, recruitment, human resources, and accounting.
