Rob Franck has extensive experience in the food industry, particularly in the frozen dairy sector, having served as Sr. Operations Supervisor, Manager Plant Technical Services, and Operations Manager at Wells Enterprises since December 1992. Responsibilities include managing daily operations of multiple production lines and serving as a liaison between corporate and plant operations to support marketing and product development. Additionally, Rob Franck has held the position of Plant Manager at Red's All Natural and has a background in production operations at Tyson Foods and IBP INC, starting as a Professional Meat Cutter. Aside from operational roles, Rob Franck contributes to the Sioux City Musketeers as a Team Photographer, capturing key moments during games and events. Education was pursued at the University of South Dakota from 1984 to 1985.

Over 4,000 production, sales, office, and support personnel make up the Wells family.
