Ashima Beri

Ashima Beri is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and leadership roles across prominent financial institutions. Currently serving as Specialty Software Engineering Lead at Wells Fargo since September 2024, Ashima previously held the position of Software Engineering Lead at BNP Paribas CIB from February 2020 to September 2024, and Technical Team Lead in Global Prime Brokerage at Deutsche Bank from July 2014 to February 2020. Prior to these roles, Ashima worked as a Senior Consultant - Java J2EE at Deutsche Bank through CGI and served as a Senior Consultant Developer - Java, J2EE, and Filenet at CGI-AMS for Moody's Investor Services. Early career experience includes consulting roles at Reader's Digest and Gartner, as well as a position as Senior Software Engineer at HCL Technologies. Ashima holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor’s in Technology, Computer Science and Engineering from Punjab Technical University.
