Curt Radkin

Curt Radkin is an experienced professional in corporate real estate and sustainability, currently serving as SVP, Corporate Properties Sustainability Strategist, and previously as SVP, Development Director at Wells Fargo since 2005. Key responsibilities include overseeing the Wells Fargo Cultural Campus projects, including the 1.5 million square foot Duke Energy Center office tower and a 2,200 space parking deck. Prior to Wells Fargo, Curt Radkin held various roles at Wachovia, including Team Leader for Corporate Real Estate Relationship Management and Service Delivery, as well as Retail Branch Program Manager. Curt Radkin’s career began at Little & Associates, Architects as President of the SE Retail Financial Division. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from The Ohio State University.
