Dave Sudderth

Dave Sudderth is a seasoned real estate executive with extensive experience in corporate real estate management across prominent financial institutions. Currently serving as Managing Director and Retail Real Estate Executive at Wells Fargo since October 2024, Dave previously held the position of Managing Director and Head of Corporate Real Estate at MUFG from September 2017 to October 2024, overseeing a 6 million square foot office and retail portfolio. From July 2006 to August 2017, Dave was Senior Vice President of Corporate Real Estate at Bank of America, leading transaction and property management in the Western U.S. Early in the career at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from May 1994 to July 2006, Dave directed retail branch network transactions and project management. Dave holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Vanderbilt University and an M.B.A. in Finance and Real Estate from Mays Business School - Texas A&M University.
