David Futterman

David Futterman most recently served as global head of litigation, regulatory inquiries, and employment at Toronto-Dominion Bank.

In his role, Futterman leads the Strategy, Innovation & Administration (LSIA) Division of the Wells Fargo Legal Department. The LSIA Division leads the identification and implementation of strategic and operational priorities for the Department, including leadership development and training, technology-based solutions, data analytics and reporting, cost and risk management programs, and external counsel and project management. The Division also provides legal counsel for the Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR) process
