Divya Minisandram

Divya Minisandram is an accomplished marketing and strategy professional with extensive experience in leading transformational initiatives across various companies. Currently serving as the Head of Marketing Execution and Process Excellence at Wells Fargo since July 2021, Divya focuses on enhancing operational excellence and efficiency in marketing functions. As a Board Member of Pratham USA’s Boston chapter since January 2018, Divya advocates for workforce empowerment and supports children's education in India. Previously, Divya held multiple leadership roles at State Street from May 2015 to June 2021, including Senior Vice President of Strategy and Transformation Initiatives, where strategic oversight and client-centric service redesign were pivotal. Divya also contributed significantly at The Boston Consulting Group, managing client projects concentrated on growth strategies and organizational change. Educational credentials include an MBA from The Wharton School and a BA in Economics from Harvard University, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
