Harriet Winters is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in technology and project management within the financial services sector. Currently serving as Executive Director of International Technology at Wells Fargo since January 2023, Harriet has previously held significant roles at Santander Corporate & Investment Banking as Program Manager for Fixed Income Electronic Trading, where a team of 46 was managed and an $8 million annual budget was overseen.
