Ida Shapiro

Ida Shapiro is an experienced financial services executive with a strong background in consumer collections and servicing operations. From December 2019 to August 2023, Ida served as Senior Vice President and Head of Consumer Collections and Servicing Production Operations at Wells Fargo, as well as Head of Specialty Services. Prior to that, Ida held several senior positions at Bank of America from August 1995 to December 2019, including SVP - Business Control Executive and Associate Readiness Lead for the Consumer Bank / Merrill Lynch Transition. Ida Shapiro earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Indiana University Bloomington.
