Jonathan Berns

Jonathan Berns serves as an Executive Director at Wells Fargo since October 2021, following an extensive career at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from June 2008 to October 2021, where Jonathan held multiple roles including Senior Vice President & Senior Relationship Manager in the Mid-Cap Group, and Vice President & Senior Portfolio Management Officer. Jonathan's expertise encompasses the development and management of banking relationships with mid-corporate companies, as well as credit risk assessment and portfolio management for large and mid-cap firms. Additionally, Jonathan began the career as an Assistant Vice President & Senior Credit Products Analyst and as a Lending Officer. Jonathan earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Arizona, Eller College of Management in May 2008.
