Josh Plahn

Josh Plahn is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in product platform engineering and quality management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of Credit Cards Product Platform Engineering at Wells Fargo, Josh has also held the position of Senior Vice President and Transformation Leader within the same company. Prior to Wells Fargo, Josh worked at Goldman Sachs as Vice President and Head of Marcus Cards Operations, and also held various leadership roles in the company's Securities and Technology divisions. With a background that includes a Director of Quality Management role at Nike and a Software Quality Assurance Manager position at The Regence Group, Josh has consistently focused on transitioning teams to automated testing and quality-driven software development practices. Josh began a career in technology at Microsoft as a Software Development Engineer in Test Lead. Josh earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Western Oregon University.
