National Practice Leader, Trust, Wells Fargo Advisors at Wells Fargo

Kent Caldwell-Meeks is national practice leader – Trust for Wells Fargo Wealth & Investment Management’s Client Relationship Group, which includes Wells Fargo Advisors, The Private Bank, and Abbot Downing businesses. In this role, he communicates the business vision and provides strategic guidance on the delivery and execution of trust services solutions for high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients. He is a member of Wells Fargo’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council, Employee Benefits Review Committee, and the Investment Oversight Committee. He also sits on the Wells Fargo Advisors Operating Committee.

Prior to his current role, Kent was managing director of Investments and Fiduciary Services in the Western region of Wells Fargo Private Bank, where he led regional leaders and teams in the comprehensive delivery of investment management and fiduciary services. He also launched and led the wealth-planning practice in Los Angeles over a two-year period.

He earned a bachelor’s in finance, and a master’s in business administration with an emphasis in economics from Arizona State University. He holds a professional financial planning credential from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Kent also is a board member of The Partnerships for Los Angeles Schools. He is a former board member of the California Science Center; Junior Achievement of Southern California; and the Fellowship of Christian Athletes of Phoenix, Arizona.
