Latika Roy

Latika Roy is a seasoned financial services professional with extensive experience in operations and risk management across leading global banks. Currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Shared Services for India and the Philippines at Wells Fargo since March 2021, Latika has previously held senior positions including Senior Vice President in multiple roles related to operations and financial crime. Latika's experience at J.P. Morgan encompasses a leadership role in Business Banking Risk and regional oversight of client onboarding processes. Notably, Latika was an Executive Director at Goldman Sachs, managing global operations for Interest Rate Derivative as well as overseeing Middle Office activities. Prior experience includes the role of Vice President at Deutsche Bank focusing on reconciliations and audit confirmations. Latika’s career began at Stock Holding Corporation of India Ltd., where responsibilities included operations in depository and custodial services. Academic qualifications include a Master's in Finance from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, alongside degrees in Political Science and Law from the University of Lucknow.
