Mik Bjorkenstam currently serves as Managing Director at Wells Fargo, where responsibilities include leading strategic transformation for International Corporate and Investment Banking, as well as serving as Co-Global Head of CIB Regulatory and Conduct & Control Transformation since March 2022. Prior to this, Mik held multiple managing director roles at Barclays, focusing on the LIBOR Transition Programme, post-trade technology and transformation, and the Chief Data Office, along with serving as Strategic Liquidity Programme Director for Treasury. Mik's career at Barclays Capital involved significant contributions as Basel III Programme Director, ensuring successful implementation across the organization, and various leadership positions in Global Markets and Market Risk. Earlier experiences include working as a Dive Master at Sea Contacts. Mik holds a BSc with Honours in Economics and Environmental Sciences from Boston College, completed in 1999, and attended Singapore American School from 1991 to 1995.
