Rebecca M. is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Managing Director and Head of HR for Wells Fargo Technology since August 2019, Rebecca previously held prominent positions at SunTrust as SVP and Sr. HR Business Partner, where responsibilities included overseeing HR for Technology and Operations, as well as Retail Banking. At USAA, the role of Sr. People Officer included leading the HR function for the Federal Savings Bank, while prior experience at Morgan Stanley, Fidelity Investments, Liberty Mutual, Partners HealthCare International, and MCI Telecommunications Corporation contributed to a well-rounded expertise in talent management, compensation programs, and HR strategy alignment with business objectives.
