Ron Tate

Ron Tate currently serves as the Head of Supplier Diversity & Supply Chain Sustainability at Wells Fargo, focusing on enhancing expenditure with diverse businesses and sustainability initiatives. Previously, Ron held the position of Director of Strategic Sourcing at Honeywell, overseeing global sourcing and supplier management across 70 countries. Ron's experience also includes serving as Director of Sourcing Management at Allstate, leading a team responsible for procurement activities across several categories, and acting as Head of Americas Sourcing at AIG, where management of $800 million in global spend was a primary responsibility. Earlier in the career, Ron was a Senior Vice President at Bank of America, managing sourcing for enterprise commodities totaling $600 million. Ron holds an MBA in Marketing from Florida A&M University and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and Government from Morehouse College.
