Shasta Wood has extensive experience in operational management and compliance, currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Business Accountability Director at Wells Fargo since May 2008. In this role, Shasta leads initiatives related to complaints procedures and operational controls, overseeing the development and compliance of the Wholesale Complaint Management procedure. Previously, Shasta held roles as a Business Initiatives Consultant and Business Process Consultant at Wells Fargo, focusing on risk management and service governance. Prior experience includes serving as a Loan Administration Manager and Credit Manager at Citi from March 2004 to May 2008. Shasta holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the University of Phoenix and an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Boise State University.
