Shin Lee

Shin Lee is a Quality Leader at Wells Fargo. Shin has also worked as the Chief Of Staff at Square Financial Services and as a Risk Leader at Wells Fargo.

Shin started their career at Wells Fargo in 2003 as a Risk Leader. In this role, they were responsible for building the business operations to fix systemic issues in sales model, process, and technology in 50+ businesses. Shin was able to successfully scale the program 5x in 3 years.

In 2021, Shin was named as the Chief of Staff at Square Financial Services. In this role, they are responsible for planning and mobilizing teams to execute the top priorities to build the bank post charter approval.

Shin Lee has an EMBA from a joint program with New York University & HEC University Paris from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Shin also has a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Organization Psychology from Kansas State University.
