Spyro Menegatos is an experienced transformation leader currently serving as Lead Transformation Coach at Wells Fargo since 2022. Menegatos has held strategic advisory roles at multiple organizations, including Ponce Bank, HyperVerge Inc., AI Data Innovations, and AdvisoryCloud, while also contributing as a Senior Agile Coach at Kforce Inc. from 2021 to 2022. Prior to these roles, Menegatos spent over a decade at Synchrony, where achievements included driving significant Agile transformations, improving release cycles, and enhancing customer experience. Earlier experience at GE Capital involved leading projects that expanded the Personal Loans business and implemented a successful product rollout. Spyro Menegatos holds a BE in Engineering Management and an MS in Technology Management from Stevens Institute of Technology.
